Traditional descriptions of Lyme disease do not show that a herbal product clears an infection. If you want to discuss herbal granules alongside medical care, bring your diagnosis, medicine list and product details.
People living with suspected or diagnosed Lyme disease often search widely for answers, and some end up reading traditional Chinese medicine perspectives. Those sources may describe the illness in their own diagnostic language. That can be interesting, but it is important to understand what such a description can and cannot tell you.
Explaining an illness in traditional terms does not demonstrate that a herbal product removes an infection. Laboratory findings, a personal story and evidence about a particular clinical approach each answer a different question, and a list of ingredients is not a personal plan. Testing, diagnosis and medical care remain essential.
If you have had a tick bite, received a diagnosis or are dealing with continuing symptoms, the first conversation should cover the medical assessment you have had and the care already given. Your GP and other doctors are central here, and any complementary care should be discussed with them.
Before adding herbs, supplements or any other product, Dr Christine Shen, Acupuncturist, will need a complete list of your medicines at the Lane Cove clinic. Christine's herbal medicine is supplied as granules in bottles, so bring your diagnosis details and the label of any product already in use. Interactions are a genuine concern, particularly when antibiotics are involved.
A multi-therapy clinic can help you think through whether massage for comfort, counselling for the weight of a long illness or herbal medicine has any place in your situation. The answer may differ at different stages, and your medical team should stay informed throughout.

Any herbal plan needs a product name, measuring directions and a review date in writing. Keep them beside the original bottle. Let Christine know when your prescriptions change, and seek guidance before touching the dose if a new symptom leaves you unsure.
