Allied health practitioners can rent professional treatment rooms at HTC on flexible casual, weekly, or permanent arrangements. All rooms include reception support, HICAPS access, WiFi, and consumables.

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time to another patient on our waiting list.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or where a patient does not attend without notice, may incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment fee. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation. We understand that genuine emergencies happen — please call us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your situation with compassion.
We do not currently offer formal payment plans. All appointments are payable on the day of treatment. We accept cash, EFTPOS, credit card, and HICAPS on-the-spot fund claiming. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please speak with our reception team — we will do our best to find a workable solution and will discuss concession rates where these apply.
Yes, for most of our treatments. We have HICAPS available on-site for acupuncture, remedial massage, and other AHPRA-registered practitioner services. You simply bring your health fund membership card and present it at reception — the rebate is applied instantly and you pay only the gap. The amount you can claim depends on your fund and your level of Extras cover. Contact your insurer before your appointment if you would like to confirm your exact entitlements.
Concession rates are available for holistic psychotherapy and counselling sessions for Health Care Card and Pension Card holders. For other treatments, please speak with our reception team at the time of booking — while we cannot guarantee concession pricing for all services, we are committed to making wellness genuinely accessible and will discuss your situation openly and without judgement.
