Yes. Gift vouchers are valid across all practitioners and all treatment modalities offered at Health Therapies Clinics. The recipient can book with any available practitioner — whether that is an acupuncturist, remedial massage therapist, naturopath, Chinese herbalist or psychotherapist. The choice is entirely theirs.
All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We designed this generous window so the recipient has plenty of time to choose the right moment — there is no need to rush. If you have a question about a voucher approaching its expiry date, please contact our reception team and we will do our best to assist.
Yes. Multiple gift vouchers can be combined and applied to the same booking. This makes it easy for family members or friends to pool their contributions toward a larger value — for example, covering an initial consultation plus a follow-up — or toward a premium treatment package.
No problem at all. If the selected treatment is priced above the voucher value, the recipient simply pays the difference at the time of the appointment. Conversely, if the treatment costs less than the voucher amount, the remaining balance stays on the voucher and can be used toward a future booking — provided it falls within the 12-month validity window.
