Different practitioners work from these rooms — acupuncture, Chinese medicine, massage and others, on different days. A voucher is not tied to one of them.
That matters when you are buying for someone else, because you probably do not know which they need, and neither does anyone until they have been assessed. The recipient rings, describes what is going on, and reception points them at the right person.
Minimum three years from purchase. That is the Australian Consumer Law requirement for gift cards sold since November 2019, the expiry date appears on the voucher, and no post-purchase fee is charged for using it.
It covers appointment time with a practitioner here. It does not cover herbal medicine — never supplied without a consultation — and it does not cover products.
If the appointment costs more than the voucher, the difference is paid on the day. If it costs less, the balance stays on the voucher for next time.
Ring 0421 014 588 or email reception@healththerapiesclinics.au. Tell us the recipient's name and the amount.
You do not need to choose a treatment, and we would rather you did not — leaving it open is the useful part.
Worth mentioning when you give it: depending on the recipient's fund, level of cover and the practitioner's provider status, part of the appointment may be claimable. That is between them and their fund, and it means the voucher can stretch further than its face value.
