Larger and wholesale orders may ship on freight rather than standard express. Freight cost and timeframe are quoted at checkout or by our team, based on volume, weight and destination.

Temperature-sensitive stock ships with insulated packaging and may be scheduled to avoid weekend transit. Cold-chain surcharges, when they apply, are shown before dispatch.
Practitioner and business accounts may have agreed freight terms, order minimums and dispatch schedules. These are set on your account and prevail over the standard rates where they differ.
Report any damaged, incorrect or short delivery within 7 days with your order number and we will arrange a replacement or credit.
