We deliver to a business address during business hours. If there is nobody to sign, the parcel goes back to the depot and the second attempt costs time, so tell us the days somebody is actually there.

Against the packing slip, on the day. Shortages and damage must be reported within two business days — that is the window the courier allows us to make a claim in, and after it we are both out of options.
Anything requiring a consultation is not supplied on a trade order to be passed on to someone else. That is not a commercial rule, it is a clinical one.
Buying as a business does not remove them. For goods of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal or domestic use, and for purchases under the relevant threshold, the Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply and cannot be excluded.

Larger and wholesale orders may ship on freight rather than standard express. Freight cost and timeframe are quoted at checkout or by our team, based on volume, weight and destination.

Temperature-sensitive stock ships with insulated packaging and may be scheduled to avoid weekend transit. Cold-chain surcharges, when they apply, are shown before dispatch.
Practitioner and business accounts may have agreed freight terms, order minimums and dispatch schedules. These are set on your account and prevail over the standard rates where they differ.
Report any damaged, incorrect or short delivery within 7 days with your order number and we will arrange a replacement or credit.
