This is an opportunity for both of us to see whether the fit is right — we're looking for collaborative, professional, warm practitioners whose values align with ours. No high-pressure decisions; just a genuine conversation.

Trial Day

Most new practitioners begin with a casual trial day — book the room, see a few clients and get a feel for the space and the team. If it's a good fit for everyone, we formalise the arrangement. We find that most practitioners know within their first day or two whether this is where they want to build their practice.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes — all practitioners hiring rooms at Health Therapies Clinics must hold current professional indemnity insurance appropriate to their modality, as well as public liability insurance. This is a non-negotiable requirement for the safety of your clients and the integrity of the clinic. We will ask to sight a current certificate of currency as part of the onboarding process. If you are in the process of renewing your insurance or are in a supervised practice arrangement, please discuss this with us at enquiry stage and we can work out appropriate arrangements.

Yes. The clinic operates Monday to Sunday from 9am to 9pm, which already covers most practitioners' preferred hours. We also offer evening session rates (after 5pm) at $65 per session, which reflects the reduced staffing at that time. For practitioners who need occasional access outside of these hours, this can be discussed as part of your room arrangement. The clinic is secured and after-hours access is managed through the practice management system. Full-time permanent practitioners may also negotiate extended access arrangements as part of their monthly agreement.

Casual and half-day bookings have no minimum commitment — you book as you need. The weekly rate applies when you commit to 3 or more days per week, with a minimum of 4 weeks. Permanent room arrangements are set up on a monthly basis with a minimum 2-month initial period, after which the arrangement continues on a rolling monthly basis with 4 weeks' notice required by either party. We believe in the relationship, not the contract — most of our practitioners stay because they want to, not because they're locked in.

Each treatment room comes fully furnished with a height-adjustable professional treatment table, a rolling practitioner stool, a client chair, a small desk, storage drawers and a hand basin. Linen (couch covers and pillow cases) is laundered and provided. Couch roll paper and disposable face cradle covers are supplied as consumables. You bring your own treatment tools and modality-specific equipment — needle supplies, massage oils, assessment tools, etc. If you require specific additional equipment (bolsters, specialist chairs, equipment stands), please discuss at enquiry stage and we will do our best to accommodate.
