What this covers

Buying goods from us, in the clinic or online. It does not cover treatment, which is a separate relationship with its own consent and its own records.

What we commit to

To describe accurately what we sell. To charge the price shown. To supply within the time stated or tell you promptly when we cannot. To handle your details under our privacy policy. And to honour the consumer guarantees in full.

What you commit to

To give accurate delivery and contact details. To pay at the time of order unless other arrangements are agreed in writing. And to tell us about a problem within a reasonable time of noticing it.

Prices and errors

Prices include GST unless stated otherwise. Where an obvious pricing error occurs we will contact you before processing rather than quietly fulfilling or cancelling — you choose whether to proceed at the correct price.

Payment and cancellation

Before an order is despatched it can usually be cancelled. Afterwards it becomes a return.

What we cannot limit

The Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply to everything we sell and cannot be excluded. Nothing on this page, and nothing anyone says, reduces them. Where we limit liability we do so only to the extent the law permits.

If something goes wrong between us

Tell us first. If that does not resolve it, you can take it to NSW Fair Trading, and for anything concerning a registered practitioner, to AHPRA.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
